How do I return?

• Send your order number and email address to us from our contact us page. Our team will contact you and tell you all about return methods.
• Follow the instructions and return our product and get your fund.
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

• There are no charges for return
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

• They must be in original condition
• In the original packaging

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable

How & When will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you once we have processed the refund.
• Refunds for Prepaid Orders are processed through their original payment method.
• Refunds for COD Orders are processed through Bank Account. Thus kindly add Bank Details in the Notes.
